For example, <tt class="docutils literal"><span class="pre">'[?]'</span></tt> matches the character <tt class="docutils literal"><span class="pre">'?'</span></tt>.</p> <p id="index-2">Note that the filename separator (<tt class="docutils literal"><span class="pre">'/'</span></tt> on Unix) is <em>not</em> special to this module.
